Our salad selection rotates according to season and customer requests. Please ask if there is a salad that we do not currently have in stock or if there is a salad that you would like to see us carry.

Jordan's Own Smokey Baked Beans:	Our famous beans. A sweet & smoky sauce loaded with Jordan's own smoked sausage, bacon, and ground beef.
Classic Potato Salad:	A mustard-based potato salad with diced peppers, onion, and boiled egg.
Roasted Garlic Potato Salad:	A rich, garlicky salad with potatoes, chives, and onion.
Italian Pasta Salad:	Corkscrew pasta in an Italian dressing with diced peppers, onions, salami, mozzarella cheese, and whole black olives.
Penne Pasta with Roma Tomatoes:	Penne pasta in a light Italian-basil dressing with chunks of tomato and grated parmesan cheese.

Creamy Coleslaw:	A light, creamy slaw perfect for lunches and picnics.
Fusilli Pasta with Chicken:	A sweet-mustard base with pasta and large chunks of chicken breast.
Tuna Pasta Salad:	A creamy based salad with round pasta, chunks of tuna, carrots, and pepper.
Macaroni Salad:	A creamy elbow macaroni salad with cheese,, carrots, and onion.
Mock Crab Salad:	Chunks of seafood in a creamy base with cheese.
