At Jordan Meats we carry only Premium Choice grade Black Angus Beef, which we cut fresh daily.
Our beef selection is cut to provide average and consistent sizes; however, we will gladly cut any steak, roast, or product to accommodate specific preferences. Please ask if you would prefer a certain thickness or portion size.
The following cuts represent our commonly stocked selection of beef; however, we adjust our selection slightly according to season and customer requests. Please ask us if there is a cut you would like that we do not routinely carry.
